Sheun Lee, author of Gung Gung's Garden, was born in Canada and is a heritage Cantonese speaker. Her inspiration for writing Chinese bilingual books comes from raising her fluently bilingual child. Her mission is to write stories for others raising bilingual Chinese families to expand their vocabulary within the wonderful world. Gung Gung’s Garden in the Discover with Jade book series is her debut as an author.

Tammy Do is a Vietnamese illustrator. She graduated with a MA degree in Illustration from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She finds inspiration in nature and from her niece’s daily stories. She also loves to create imaginative characters and tell different stories through them. She is pursuing a professional career as an illustrator, working mainly on children books and magazines. Currently, she is living and working in the US.
