How to Pick Up

During checkout, under Delivery options, select Pick up.

There is no minimum purchase to qualify for free pickup.

Location: Bloor West Village. Major intersection is Bloor/Jane. We are walking distance from Jane Subway Station

Timeline: In-stock items will be ready for pick up in 5 business days (note: pre-order items always follow pre-order timeline)

Once your order is ready, we will email you detailed instructions and arrange a time with you to pick up your order. Please check your spam folder, if you haven't heard from us in 5 business days!

Pick-up hours are by appointment only, typically between 10am — 6pm, Monday to Sunday, and will be subject to availability
