Canada
- FREE shipping within Canada for orders over $149**
- Flat rate shipping within Canada of $9.99 for orders under $149
- Free pickup in Toronto
- Lettermail option available on select items. There is no tracking for Lettermail.

USA
Shipping is charged by weight. Add items to cart to see exact shipping cost.
There is no sales tax for US-bound shipments.
You can choose to check out in CAD (Canadian dollars) or USD (US dollars). Note that if you choose to pay in CAD, your credit card/bank may charge a foreign transaction fee. We unfortunately do not have control over this fee.
Due to the ending of U.S. De Minimis, it is possible that goods are subject to duty and brokerage charges upon delivery. If delivery is refused and returned, order will be refunded less any return and customs handling charges.

Hey! What happened to the "COMBINE with previous order" option from earlier?
Shopify has been making updates to their checkout flow (a good thing overall!) so some things don't really work like they do before. We've decided to move the ability to combine orders into coupon codes instead, to avoid confusion.
If you have an open order with us (typically a pre-order or backorder), you can use coupon code COMBINE to add your current order to that shipment, without having to clear free shipping minimums again ☺️
Shipping Times
Everything in a single order will be shipped together, unless otherwise specified.
If you wish to get in stock items quicker, please check out as a separate order.
Orders where everything is in stock will packed and shipped out within 5 business days. Transit times will depend on your location. Orders ship out of Toronto.
Pre-orders and backorders will ship according to the pre-order and backorder timelines, respectively.
Shipping Carriers
All orders ship out from Toronto, and can use a variety of carriers, including but not limited to, Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or other local smaller private carriers.
If your location can only accept packages from specific carriers, please indicate this as a note during checkout. We will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee delivery by that carrier.
Please make sure that the address is capable of receiving packages even if no one is home. There is no guarantee that packages can be delivered outside business hours of 9am - 5pm.
Undeliverable Packages
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, if there is no place to drop off the package, or if it wasn't picked up in time at the post office.
If the package is returned to us, we will cancel and refund your order, less shipping and return fees charged to us.
I'd like to add a few more things to my order, can I do that?
If you have an open order with us that hasn't shipped yet (typically a pre-order or backorder), you can order more things and use coupon code COMBINE during checkout to have it shipped with your open order and not have to clear shipping minimums again.
Shipping Destinations
The website currently only allows shipping options for Canada and USA only, unless otherwise specified. Shipping to other countries available upon request (shipping will be extra). When reaching out, please list all the books you are interested in and a postal code (or city name) to expedite the process of providing a shipping quote.
