Following our little black and white train to build things!
The train chugs along, and meets a king. He lived in a house with no roof, so our little train left him a triangle from his cargo to make a roof!
When the little train passes a tree, he notices that its fruit has fallen. Combined with roadside mushrooms it found, they together transform into a train carriage!
Next, the little train arrives upon a bridge where a large frog sat, with little tadpoles swimming underneath. After the train crosses the bridge, the tadpoles transforms into musical notes on the train!
What kind of magical transformations will the little train encounter next?
Using only three colours (black, white and red) and simple shapes, the story walks our readers through interesting and creative transformations, while introducing various objects, animals, and people. It's a great book for our youngest readers, given its high contrast illustrations.
