Return of the Santa Letter Program in Chinese π§π»βπ
Here in Canada, kids can write a letter to Santa. Then Canada Post⦠ahem⦠Santa will write a letter back!
But Santa always seems to write back in... English...
Inspired by a post by Sweet Note Learning back in 2021, I thought... wouldn't it be nice if our multilingual children get something in Chinese too??
And thus, this idea of the "Santa Letter Program in Chinese" was born on this exact day 2 years ago!Β
I paused this last year because there was too much going on, but I think it's time to bring this back for holiday 2023, especially with all the new faces around here! π
What is the Santa Letter Program in Chinese, exactly?
Your little readers will get a card addressed to them from Santa, or a mysterious auntie who runs a bookstore, if you prefer lolol (I know some families don't do Santa) The letter will be written in traditional Chinese.
And yes... it will be physical snail mail, in your irl mailbox, with a stamp and everything :)
Disclaimer: It will be handwritten by yours truly, and I cannot guarantee quality penmanship in Chinese... π¬
Who is eligible?
Open to any customer (worldwide!) who has ordered from Little Kozzi in 2023. First come first serve.
How does it work?
Head over to this page,Β and fill out the form with relevant details.
You donβt need to enter address info. Just give me your order number, and I will use the shipping address from that order :) Easy peasy!
Form closes Dec 7 (or earlier if there are too many submissions)
Does it cost anything?
Nope. Completely free! But it *is* first come first serve, as my writing arm can only write so much π
Why are you doing this? How is this free?
As I get inundated by all kinds of (early) Black Friday sales in my own feed, I know I will never be able to compete as a small biz.
Instead, Iβll just make a difference in my own way this holiday season.
Plus, it brought me A LOT of joy getting photos and messages of your kidsβ reactions when I did this two years ago π₯Ή
So thereβs no catch! I hope your little ones like receiving their (Chinese) cards from Santa :)
xoxo,
Charing
